• You agree to pay all charges, fees, taxes, and security deposits associated with your booking.

• In some cases, currency conversion or foreign transaction fees may apply. These are your responsibility.

• If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

4. Guest Responsibilities

By booking with FSLT, you agree to:

• Treat the property, staff, and neighbors with respect.

• Follow all property-specific rules (e.g., check-in/check-out times, noise restrictions, maximum occupancy).

• Be financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of your stay.

• Not engage in illegal activities, subletting, or commercial use of the property without prior consent.

5. Property Owners & Managers

If you are a property owner or manager working with FSLT:

• You represent that you have the legal right to rent the property and that all information provided is accurate.

• You agree to maintain the property in habitable, safe, and compliant condition.

• You authorize FSLT to market, list, and facilitate bookings for your property under agreed terms.

• FSLT is not responsible for disputes between owners and guests but may mediate at our discretion.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies vary by property and are disclosed at booking.

• Certain bookings may be non-refundable or subject to penalties.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.

• FSLT is not responsible for travel disruptions, force majeure events, or guest emergencies that may prevent a stay.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website(s) and Services, including text, images, branding, and technology, is owned by or licensed to FSLT.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• FSLT acts as a booking facilitator and/or property manager but does not guarantee that every property, service, or experience will meet your expectations.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, FSLT disclaims liability for:

  • Property conditions, amenities, or services provided by third parties.

  • Losses or damages arising from your stay, except where caused by our negligence.

  • Travel delays, cancellations, health issues, or force majeure events beyond our control.

• In no event shall our liability exceed the total booking fees you paid to us.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FSLT, its affiliates, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

• Your stay at a property booked through us, or

• Your violation of these Terms.
