5. Property Owners & Managers
If you are a property owner or manager working with FSLT:

You represent that you have the legal right to rent the property and that all information provided is accurate.

You agree to maintain the property in habitable, safe, and compliant condition.

You authorize FSLT to market, list, and facilitate bookings for your property under agreed terms.

FSLT is not responsible for disputes between owners and guests but may mediate at our discretion.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Certain bookings may be non-refundable or subject to penalties.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
